SHIPPING/DELIVERY
Giftivity, new to Yew Tree Farm Village, offers inspiring, beautiful and unique home accessories to suit a range of styles. We have a wide range of delightful gifts for every occasion and thoughtfully selected cards and gift wrap to compliment your purchase! Prices for delivery are for mainland UK only.
If you want to order from outside mainland UK please email us before ordering and we will give you the best postage option and price. All postage prices are non refundable. If you would like to collect in store please email us before placing your order.

No orders will be processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered card holder.
On standard delivery, stock permitting, all orders are dispatched within 3 working days. However during very busy times this may take longer.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you wish to return your purchases it must be done so within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Please contact us by email or telephone if you wish to return your items. All items must be returned to us unused and in all original packaging. Please include the delivery note with your return stating a refund or exchange and the reason for returning.
If you do not send your delivery note we may be unable to trace your order. We advise that you return using recorded delivery for your own protection as we cannot take any responsibility for lost items, you can also return in store but note we can only refund to the same account so please have the card with you.
Please note delivery charges are not refundable unless the item is faulty and we are also not responsible for the return postage. Please allow 14 days for the refund to reach your account. We will notify you when we receive the items.

STOCK
We try hard to make sure our stock levels are up to date. However if you have ordered something that has gone out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or refund.
CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
When purchasing online you have the right to cancel your order within 7days. Please email us advising you would like to cancel with your order number, name and address. If your order has already been dispatched please follow our returns procedure. Please note we are unable to add or amend an order once it has been dispatched. Delivery charges are non refundable unless the item is faulty.
FAULTY GOODS
We take great care in packaging your items however if you receive an item that is faulty we do apologise as this may have happened during delivery.
Please inform us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We will sort out a replacement or refund as soon as possible. We may ask for photos of the damage so we can see how this has happened and we will probably want the items returned to us.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
On the website we display as accurately as possible however the actual colours you see may depend on the monitor you are using. We cannot guarantee that the computers display will reflect the true colour of the product.
We take great care to ensure our descriptions and prices are correct but we reserve the right to refuse orders where product information and prices have been published in error.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Products are subject to availability, sometimes there might be a delay between a order being placed and packaged and the stock levels may change. If this happens we will contact you as soon as possible.
